SECI modelは何であるか。

Ikujiro NonakaおよびHirotaka Takeuchiは知識の作成の動的性質を理解し、そのようなプロセスを効果的に管理するためにプロセスを創造する知識のモデルを提案する: SECI model。 それは3つの要素から成っている:

1. SECI
2. Ba
3. Knowledge Assets

この3つの要素は組織的にそして動的に互いに相互に作用している。 組織の知識の資産は「Ba」で個人が保持する暗黙の知識が知識の螺線形によって変えられ、増幅される一方動員され、共有される:

• 社会化
• 外在化
• 組合せ
• 内面化

3つの要素は構成が知識を絶えずそして動的に創造できるように明らかなリーダーシップの下で統合されるべきである: それは組織のメンバーのための訓練にならなければならない。

SECI

知識の作成は暗黙および明確な知識間の動的相互作用の連続プロセスである。 知識の転換の4つのモードは知識の作成の螺線形で相互に作用している。 螺線形は組織のレベルを通って動くなり、知識の作成の新しい螺線形を誘発できると同時にスケールでより大きく。


社会化。 さしせまったコミュニケーションまたは共用経験による暗黙の知識の共有。 例は年季奉公である。
外在化。 結合された暗黙の知識を埋め込む成長の概念。 そしてコミュニケーションを可能にする。
組合せ。 明確な知識の様々な要素の組合せ: プロトタイプを造ることは例である。
内面化。 することによって学習に密接につながれて、明確な知識は個人の知識ベース(例えば精神モデル)の部分になり、構成のための資産になる。

Ba

この困難な概念は知識が共有される共用文脈と(単語の厳密な翻訳がない)定義され、相互作用によって創造され、利用することができる。

図表は様々なタイプのBaを、知識創造プロセスの特定のステップのための文脈を提供するそれぞれ説明する。

Seven-Eleven (日本の便利の店)を使用して部門の例、:

• Baの発生: 作業現場、それは人々が互いにそして顧客と相互に作用していることを可能にする。
• 対話のBa: ローカル従業員の暗黙の知識がダイアログの販売の予測を、互いに創造するのに使用されている。
• Baの組織化: 販売の予測は営業成績に対してテストされ、ローカル店に戻る。
• Baの運動: 現実とこの情報およびそれを予測をする比較することを使用して、スタッフは技術および機能を増進する。
   

知識の資産

これらは会社のための価値を創造するために不可欠の会社特定の資源である。 それらは知識創造プロセスの入力、出力、および緩和の要因、である。

効果的に知識の作成および開発を管理するために、会社は知識の資産の目録の「地図を描かなければ」ならない。 しかし分類は十分でない: 知識の資産は動的である; 新しい知識の資産は既存の知識の資産から創造することができる。

NonakaおよびTakeuchiからのモデルは暗黙および明確な知識(1983年)間のPolanyiの区別に基づき、日本ビジネス文化見通しからの知識の作成そして経営の理解を提供する。

SECI modelの強さ。 利点

• 知識および知識の作成の動的性質を認める。
• 関連したプロセスの経営にframeworkを提供する。

SECI modelの限定。 不利な点

• それは暗黙の知識に重く頼る日本の組織の調査に基づいている、: 従業員は生命の会社と頻繁にある。
• 概念の直線性: 螺線形はステップを跳ぶことができるか。 それは左回りに行くことができるか。
