Organizational Memoryは何であるか。 記述

Walsh と Ungson の組織記憶モデルは、組織内の情報の保持、取得、検索に使用できます。

組織の記憶の構造が6情報の内で「収納用の箱」分類することができるWalshおよびUngsonは提案する:

• 個人、
• 文化(物語、精神モデル)、
• 変形(様々なプロセスおよびプロシージャ)、
• 構造(構成内の役割)、
• 生態学(構成の物理的な設定)、
• 外的なアーカイブ(情報ドキュメンテーション)。

組織の記憶は現在の決定に使用することができる組織からの貯蔵された情報を示す。 それは保たれる異なった設備を渡って中央に貯蔵されないが、配られる。

Organizational Memoryの起源。 歴史
