ماذا يكون نموذج اس اى سى اى ؟ الوصف

اكيوجرو نوناكا وهيروتاكا تاكيوشى يقترحان نموذج المعرفة التي تصنع عملية فهم الطبيعة الديناميكية لصنع المعرفة، وادارة عملية التشغيل بفعالية: نموذج اس اى سى اى. يتألّف من 3 عناصر:

1. التربية, التبرير, التركيب, الإضافة الذاتية
2. با
3. أصول المعرفة

تتفاعل هذه العناصر الـثلاثة مع بعضهم البعض طبيعيا وبفاعلية. فأصول المعرفة المنظمة تحرك وتشترك في با بينما المعرفة الضمنية تحمل من قبل الأفراد الذين يحولون ويسهبون بحلزون المعرفة من خلال:

• التربية
• التبرير
• التركيب
• الإضافة الذاتية

العناصر الثلاثة يجب أن تتكامل تحت القيادة الواضحة لكي يمكن للمنظمة أن تصنع معرفة بشكل مستمر وبفاعلية: فيجب أن يصبح إنضباط للأعضاء التنظيميين.

التربية, التبرير, التركيب, الإضافة الذاتية

إن صنع المعرفة عملية مستمرة من التفاعلات الديناميكية بين المعرفة الضمنية والواضحة. والأربعة أنماط لتحويل المعرفة تتفاعل في صنع حلزون المعرفة. ويصير الحلزون أكبر في القياس كما يصعد خلال المستويات التنظيمية ، ويمكن أن يسبب حلزونات جديدة لصنع المعرفة.

التربية. اشتراك المعرفة الضمنية من خلال الاتصال وجها لوجه أو من خلال التجربة المشتركة. مثال التدريب على الصنعة
التبرير. المفاهيم النامية، التي تتضمن المعرفة الضمنية المشتركة. والذي يمكن الاتصال بها.
التركيب.   مجموعة العناصر المختلفة للمعرفة الواضحة: بناء النموذج كمثال
الإضافة الذاتية. مرتبط بشكل وثيق بالتعلم عن طريق العمل، تصبح المعرفة الواضحة جزء أساس معرفة الفرد (ومثال على ذلك: - النموذج العقلي) وتصبح ثروة للمنظمة.

هذا المفهوم صعب (ليس هناك ترجمة مضبوطة من الكلمة) ويمكن أن يعرف بسياق مشترك لأي معرفة مستعملة ومنشأة ومشتركة خلال التفاعل.

يصور التخطيط الأنواع المختلفة من با، وكل من عرض سياق لخطوة معينة في عملية صنع المعرفة.

أمثلة للفئات ، استعمال "سبعة-عشرة" المؤسسات الملائمة اليابانية:

• يبدأ با: أرضية المحل، تمكن الناس للتفاعل مع بعضهم البعض ومع الزبائن.
• حوار با: المعرفة الضمنية للمستخدمين المحليين تستعمل لصنع توقعات المبيعات، من الحوار مع بعضهم البعض.
• تنظيم با: إن توقعات المبيعات المجربة تختبر فى مقابل نتائج المبيعات وتغذي إلى المخازن المحلية.
• ممارسة با: استعمال هذه المعلومات، ومقارنتها بالحقيقة، يحسن مهاراتهم وقدرات الموظفين لعمل التوقعات.
   

أصول المعرفة

هناك مصادر لشركة معينة لا غنى عنها لعمل القيم للشركة. هى المدخلات، المخرجات، والعوامل معتدلة، لعملية صنع المعرفة.

لإدارة صنع المعرفة عمليا واستغلالها , فالشركة يجب أن تخطط مخزونها من أصول المعرفة. الفهرسة على أية حال ليست كافية : فأصول معرفة ديناميكية؛ أصول المعرفة الجديدة يمكن أن تنشأ من إيجاد أصول المعرفة.

إن النموذج من نوناكا وتاكوشى مستند على إمتياز بين المعرفة الضمنية والواضحة (1983) ويقدم فهم لإنشاء وإدارة المعرفة من منظور ثقافة العمل الياباني.
