Que é business intelligence? Definição
Business intelligence (BI) visa fazer decisões de negócio melhores com o uso de uma categoria larga de sistemas, de aplicações e de tecnologias de informação da gerência para recolher, armazenar, analisar, e fornecer o acesso aos dados. BI usa-se informação oportuna e exata fazer decisões.
Atividades típicas de BI
Tipicamente, as atividades de BI incluem a sustentação de decisão, a pergunta e o relatório, processar analítico em linha, análise estatística, forecasting, e data mining. BI representa aqueles sistemas que ajudam a companhias compreender o que faz o corporaçõ bem sucedido, e para ajudar predizer o impacto futuro de decisões atuais. Estes sistemas jogam um papel chave no processo do planeamento estratégico do corporaçõ.
