Human Factors in Change Management
An important part of change management is dealing with human factors --- reactions to implementation which for both individuals and groups occur in phases. These can be laughing at the change, resisting it, accepting it, then taking it for granted. Individuals and groups often go through these sequences.
That's why keys to implementation are education and dialogue about the reasons for and benefits of the new process.

Role of Human Cognitive Perceptions in Change Management
Cognitive perceptions of human beings determine the degree of acceptance of a change. That's why a change management expert should focus on efforts to create positive reflections in order to manage peoples' perceptions towards the prospective change. And the change management philosophy needs to consider tapping the inner potential of human beings for attracting them towards career prospects linked with the change of job, place of posting, delegation of powers and responsibilities, etc.

Importance of Human Factors in Change Management
I would even like to take it one step further and say “human factors” is 100% of what change processes are about. Obviously you need to understand new things to be able to deal with it and then you can make up your mind how you want to relate to this new situation. Of course we go through different step in this changing process but we also have to consider the maturity with in groups as well as for individuals and it should never be underestimated.
The key for success is “constant communication” from management levels to build up understanding, acceptance and commitment. So it will always be with and through your people in your surroundings that you will create changes.
