Is it Possible to Manage Change If the Right Approaches Are NOT Used?
Hi all, I've been focussing on this question for a week now and I find that unless if the right approaches, like that of implementing, communication and strategy are used, you end up creating problems which leave an organisation unable to manage change.
Would you agree with me or not?

Evolutionary and Revolutionary Change
Evolutionary change management requires right approaches where the company exhibits sustainability over the time taking processes. However, revolutionary change is totally breaking up the current mindsets leaving no scope to re-educate people on change. This requires a great amount of managerial strengths to make people to realize on sudden change.

The Right Approaches
You may have the perfect change management plan, but you still need to align strategy, organization and leadership for change to be effective. If you study Alexander the Great, you will see that most of his victories are based on leadership, strategy, implementation, communications, and organization. If you remove any element, the chance for the change to succeed diminishes.
