Poor Management at Work...
Restriction on personal mobile phone use, punctual arrival at the work place and also following strict rules of the company I work are imposed as a means to increase productivity.
Please members, help me to see the future of the company I am working for, otherwise I am seeing poor management skills leading to collapse of the company I work for hence unemployment for me!

Poor Management: What to Do Hi Bitta, I understand you are a bit frustrated with the measures being taken in the company you're working in. Can you be a bit more specific on the problems and the kind of advise you are looking for?

Poor Mgmt @ Work I feel for you and your frustration, Bitta! However, if you could see how federal employees in the US abuse what is called responsible work ethics, you'd applaud your managers for setting some realistic goals for maintaining a certain level of productivity. All must give something to actually earn a paycheck, as well as attempt to guarantee the organization is successful and thrives, rather than dies. Give your management a chance, I suggest, in order to see if they're on the right track.

Bottom Up Approach? @Jaap de Jonge: Agree, Bitta, please give some more details then you'll probably get some valuable comments.
Why? Because both items you have briefly mentioned are contentious issues which need to be managed. How they are managed is still, to some extent, an open question.
Please share more details.
