How you log in to 12manage

Are you having problems to log in to 12manage? Follow these easy 3 STEPS:

STEP 1 :  Register a Membership

First you need to Register a Membership (It's free) ⇒ We'll send you an activation email.

STEP 2 :  Activate your Membership

After you registered, you still must activate your membership (=opt in):

  a. Check your Inbox Find the activation email from 12manage ⇒ Click the activation link ⇒ Proceed to STEP 3.
  b. Check your Spam box Click on "Not Spam" or add to your email white list ⇒ Click the activation link ⇒ Proceed to STEP 3.
  c. Did you mistype your email? When registering, did you perhaps mistype your email address? ⇒ Register again, but type your email address correctly! ⇒ Proceed to STEP 3.
  d. Still no activation email? Your email provider is the problem ⇒ Register again, but use another email address ⇒ Proceed to STEP 3.

STEP 3 :  log in

After you activated your membership, you can log in. Are you having trouble?

  a. Incorrect email address Did you already log in before? ⇒ Try again, but make sure you enter your email correctly.
    Still seeing "Incorrect email address..."? ⇒ Perhaps you used ANOTHER email address in the past? Use the correct one.
    If you are still getting "Incorrect email address..." ⇒ Your membership may have been ended. Register again.
  b. I forgot my password Go to the Login page ⇒ Enter your email address. Leave the password field empty.
    Click on: [ Forgot your password? ] ⇒ We will email your password to you right away. Copy and paste it !
    If the email address you entered is reported as unknown ⇒ check the spelling. If this doesn't help ⇒ probably you used ANOTHER email address?
  c. Incorrect password Copy and paste your password from the activation email to avoid typos.
    If you no longer have your activation email ⇒ use procedure 3b. : I forgot my password
    Your browser could be displaying a previously stored page (when you were entering your password incorrectly).
    Windows: press F5-key. Mac: press [cmd + R]-keys to refresh your browser.

  d. I'm not remembered Your browser has incorrect cookies or cache settings.
  • In your browser, select: Preferences ⇒ Privacy.
  • Allow cookies from 12manage (necessary to remember your login).
  • Disable any caching (necessary to allow dynamic pages).
  • Now log in to 12manage.
