I. : What is the 12manage Smart Card?
The 12manage Smart Card allows you to use 12manage wherever you are. Even without internet.
Provides summaries of over 400 management methods in 12 languages, plus an English dictionary of management terms explaining 2000 business concepts.
Copy, paste and print text fragments and graphics for limited personal, educational and business use (republication prohibited).
Simple to use, works extremely fast, credit card format - only 0,8 mm thick.

The 12manage Smart Card has been designed for all Microsoft Windows PCs with Internet Explorer.
We do NOT support running it on Mac computers. However, tech savvy people can use VMware Fusion or Parallels Desktop software to create a VM on your Mac.
This should then allow you to run the smart card as usual on a Windows PC.
VI. : I forgot the password
The password has been supplied in the welcome letter of your Premium Membership.
If you forgot the password, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and mention the email address of your Premium membership.
VII. : I need to unlock the 12manage Smart Card
The 12manage Smart Card is personal and can be used on multiple computers. Just insert your card in any Windows PC.
Don't copy your Smart Card. It will not work. To buy a smart card, see Topic II above.
