The book "Tribal Leadership" provides readers with an opportunity to learn from organziational language and behaviour research about the way leaders engage, lead, and grow people in their organizations.

Five stages are identified that fit easily under simple headings to help the reader relate to and recognize the stages. A simple framework that has emerged from the complexity of relationships. Tribal Leadership by Logan and King is a book not to be missed. The power of three, people working in triads, is an excellent approach to shift people to higher level success.
It aligns extremely well with my own Tri-namics work.
