Transform individuals and your Team

Whilst recognising that my leadership style will fluctuate dependant on circumstances, I continue to develop my Transformational Leadership skills as this style I feel focuses on long-term goals and releasing the potential of my staff. As Hooper and Potter wrote in 2000, “In sum, effective intelligent leaders have credibility; they have, if not the common touch, the ability to establish common ground with their staff; they have an ability to use language powerfully – the talk the walk – as one might say; and, finally, the skill of being able to connect emotionally”. (Science Direct, 2010); these are values I strive for to bring permanent change to myself and my Team.
