1》Managing employees, is to manage the thoughts and behaviors of TA through leadership, culture, vision, institutional norms, incentives, etc

2》Straighten out ,straighten out resource allocation and overall operation (involving decision-making, organization, finance, personnel, system, etc.)

3》 Leadership, is the ability to lead the mind and lead to goals.

4》 Premise- fully explore the hearts of the people, people's needs, and people's inevitable response to the stimulation of the external environment;

5》Necessity - self-control, motivation, deterrence, professionalism, confidence and and firmness to win

6》How—temper justice with mercy,apply grace (Incentive)with power(management system) ,keep strictly the rules for reward and punishment.
