Students' educational growth effecting development in society.

I have been concerned that schools and colleges are not allowing children to move forward. Since many years we have been taught the same procedures and same subjects and syllabi by heart and rather than learning things with a free mind.
When we compare China and India, China has a better growth and opportunity than India. Things are not just about studies. It's all about growth in all features and things surrounding us. We can see and learn things which gets into our heart AND minds by just watching them and getting inspired. So please give students what they need, not what you want in them.
