Innovative effort is a permanent strategic responsibility for ANY Organization, small or big, profit. Oriented or not. HIT or High Innovation Teams are recommended.

Innovation is not just limited to patents, or building a new car or a new product or for becoming a Nobel Prize winner. Even small processes or organizational changes require permanent innovative efforts. The potential of Innovation is in the individuals, or even better in teams. That's why we switch from High Performing Teams (HPT, 1996) to High Innovation Teams (HIT 2014). We support any organization worldwide in implementing sustainable prozesses and methods. More: From my experience in EU, Switzerland, Vietnam & Nepal in all kind of organizations - profit-, non-profit, private, government, army etc. - there is on one side always an ongoing need for Innovation: strategy, processes, products, developing new concepts for marketing, training, global client-oriented distribution of Banking services etc. - but on the other side the Innovation effort is not instand in the culture of the organization. Some organizations do a temporär limited effort with external consultants or they use creative methods. And that's it. This is not enough because we distinguish creativity as PART of Innovation: from the idea to the successful implementation. The interesting observation is that in any team there is a innovative potential available. It has just to be discovered, developed & used. It is hard work, but it can be successful with good leadership and Integrating some Methode effectively, e. g. use of several specific key-competences, following a project process with transperency (e.g. in 6 focused steps) and applying an appropriate thinking method (e. g. 6 Hats). This works everywhere for any challenge.
