Catherine B. Fu has 35 years of business experience in different industries and she has more than 30 years business management experience with P&L and people development responsibilities which including the full spectrum of Human Resources Management and Development with Johnson & Johnson Taiwan, NCR Taiwan, HannStar, TestRite Group, Ching Fong Investment Holding. She has held various positions including Vice President & Group Chief People Officer of HRM & HRD; CIO of IT/IS function; Instructor and train the trainer of Thinking Methods & Leadership Development; Consultant and Coach to CEO & MD successors; etc.. The industries Catherine has served include TFT-LCD manufacturer, software systems (ERP), trading, retail, electronic/computer/hi-tech, banking, venture capitalists, education, television, financial investment, consumer & pharmaceutical, construction & engineering, petroleum, and environmental engineering, etc.

She established REACH International Company on 1988, specializing in strategic planning and integrated management systems during first 10 years, she aimed to help successful local companies to reengineer the family business into international enterprises and help international companies expand their business in Taiwan. She followed the track of industry changing and growing, moved the business into organizational change and executive / succession development, as well as executive coaching. She also trained more than 30,000 managers and senior executives in various management development programs over the past 25 years.

Catherine graduated from National Chung Hsin University with BA degree in Taiwan. She holds MBA degree of Wesleyan University from USA and study Organizational Psychology & International Human Resource Management at Birkbeck College of London University.
She spent 20 years developed Ours Thinking Technique® for Chinese people and registered the branding in both of Taiwan and China on 2011. She is a certified executive coach for Stakeholder Centered Coaching by Marshall Goldsmith. She also holds the qualifications of PRC Government Certified Senior Psychological Consultant and PRC Government Certified Senior Human Resources Manager. She was certified by several institutes in the past years:

She committed to devote herself to business & executive coaching and well-being thinking methods in her second half of life. She also a lecturer of Taiwan National Academy of Civil Service on Innovative Thinking & Management since 2008.
