Democracy is a good system of governance only in providing freedoms, rights and involving citizens in a decision-making process. However it felt short to secure harms, humiliation, insecurity corruption and poverty.

Democracy is a good system of governance but only in the developed countries where everybody is aware of rules and regulations and there are a many means to tackle law breakers. However democratic in Africa countries and Asia becomes shield of cheating. A leader can cheat, rig or steal votes to remain in power because they knew that there is no democratic in forcer to help those vulnerable people.

For example South Sudan where people are fighting because some people expressed their willingness to contest. Uganda 2016 General elections. The winner subjected to threat n intimidations as he committed crimes. Therefore if democratic is good system to be implemented and follows in aforementioned countries , why people keep dying yet leaders keep on killing their subordinates?

Challenges of Democratic

it is too slow in taking action. For instance, in Africa many leaders are using a dictatorship style covers with Democratic dresses. Thus a leader can do anything he/she wishes to do before and after the condemnation from the western world.

Weak in services delivering - Delivery of services depends on sectarianism where a minority becomes subject to humiliation.

Tribalism - It encourages tribalism on the decentralization policy.

Globalisation effect - Rural to globe immigration has significantly played a great roles in cultural dumping.

Conclusion
Democratic team of monitoring and evaluation should sustain and consolidate their evaluation and monitoring system into quick and strong way such that any violator should be tried.

Active rules and regulations taken immediately before lost of thousand lives.
