Planned & unplanned changes -how to make employees love & volunteer for constructive changes.

Adjustment to changing environment is very common & is not generally resisted.People like change.Otherwise life will become boring.Is not it?
Eagle is one of the longest living bird, due to age it's peak, wings Etc lose efficiency.Even the bird understands it & plans to overcome that change brought in by lapse of time.
A plant which is shifted from sunlight to interior & placed near the window, does not complain;it bends it's branches automatically automatically towards sunlight.
These instances suggest that when the present position is uncomfortable people automatically want to change towards a better position.
What the change masters are required to do is to bring out,"adverse effects of the present" & advantages of the "New".Change will be smooth & not strenuous. .
