To speed up group network decision making it is useful to apply Cognitive Simulation and Genetic Algorithm.

Our practice shows that all types of networking decision making procedures have to consider many restrictions which differ network based procedure form the traditional group procedure when participants facing each other. For example, networking experts cannot understand each other quickly; they do not fill each other deep enough. They cannot quickly reach agreement, the discussions have divergent dynamic.
For speeding-up members‘ agreement the best way is to use Cognitive Models for collecting messages of networking meeting members and Genetic Algorithm under the populations of cognitive schemes and solutions. It makes the agreement process convergent and helps to get automatically answer the question “What should we do to achieve the goal? I called it Genetic Consensus.
