For many years I am involved in problems connected with HRM. I've studied a lot of theories, case studies, I've made observation, I've discussed the topic. The changes having place in last years in the Labour Market are obvious. But the changes in HRM are not so clear. In my opinion, in much too many cases, relations between managers and subordinates are not so far away from Taylor's time. Of course the changes in legal rules have a certain impact on managerial behavior, they control otherwise uncontrolled behaviors, usually having nothing to do with wonderful (in the authors' minds and on the paper) theories concerning HRM. In my view, it is an interesting case: why in the age of so many changes, human behavior stays so much the same as it has been years ago..I believe I intuitively know why, but I would like to know others' opinions..
