Reflexión Para el Líder Gerente de Hoy Escrito por David Manuel Sosa Gonzalez Relata un anécdota de la era del TELÉGRAFO, que un joven fue a solicitar en un periódico de New York , un cargo como telegrafista de ese periódico. Dicho joven al presentarse a la recepción, se escuchaba los Ruidos de las maquinas que allí Operaban, lo pasaron a un pasillo antesala de la Oficina del gerente general de dicho periódico, antes de entrar había allí una Vieja Maquina de Telégrafos, al sentarse frente a esta oficina, habían ahí 10 jóvenes que esperaban la misma oportunidad para entrevistarse con este Directivo para optar por el cargo de TELEGRAFISTA , después de unos 30 minutos el Joven vio sin vacilar a los otros 10 jóvenes que hablaban entre si con tonos silenciosos, y este se paro de repente y avanzo a la Oficina del Gerente General sin Vacilar. Al cabo de 30 minutos salio este joven con una sonrisa de Victoria llevándolo por el Hombro el Directivo. Uno de los jóvenes se levanto exaltado por la rabia e hizo un reclamo en nombre de todos sus compañeros ahí sentados, diciéndole: Señor, dirijo a usted mi indignación, por que al igual que mis compañeros aquí sentados esperamos con ansias nuestro turno para la entrevista definitiva de usted, y este individuo, llegando tarde y siendo el numero 11 de su puesto, usted dice que el puesto es suyo... ¿Es esto justo en una persona Directiva como usted de este Periódico?, ¿Cree Usted que esta haciendo justicia al violentar nuestros derechos de esperar la entrevista?.. Aquel Director se volteo y con una sonrisa impecable, les respondió. ¿Estaban ustedes atento al llamado que yo les hice a todos a través del telégrafo con el CÓDIGO MORSE ? QUE DECÍA EL MENSAJE... PASE EL SIGUIENTE? ¿ESTABAN USTEDES MAS ENTRETENIDOS CON SUS CONVERSIONES QUE CON LA ACTIVACIÓN DE ESTOS MENSAJES? ¿CREEN USTEDES QUE EN UN CASO DE EMERGENCIA USTEDES EN VEZ DE ESTAR ATENTO A LOS MENSAJES DEL TELÉGRAFOS, ESTARÁN MAS ATENTOS A LOS MENSAJES Y CONVERSIONES QUE ESTABLEZCAN MIENTRAS PASE UNA CATÁSTROFE?... Según los avatares de nuestras vidas, vemos y tratamos con ahíncos nuestras formas de ser, que nos Olvidamos los Mensajes que nos están pasando al frente de nuestras vidas, las de nuestras familias, y loas de nuestro mundo. Pregunta para ti... ¿Estamos Pendiente de los Mensajes del Telégrafo de nuestras Vidas?.. O estamos entretenidos en conversiones individuales que nos alegan La Egolatría individual...
