Bossy Superiors

Superiors don't have to be bossy

Superiors have an instilled mind that they have to manage and with that in mind they have to be "bossy" and aggressive to their subordinates.
Yes, superiors have to manage and make sure that things are in order, but they also have to create individual relationships with their subordinates.
This might help the organisation, as subordinates can initiate their own thoughts about the organisation.
Superiors have to be open-minded and accept thoughts from their subordinates (even though some have to be evaluated first).
Just picture an establishment wherein only one person makes the decisions about the well being of the establishment and all those beneath "him" have to abide by the decision, waste of imagination. But, picture an establishment wherein a superior or superiors deal with issues involving the establishment with their subordinates. Ideas will about building the establishment will come from all sides, depending on the matter at hand. Subordinates will be free at any time to exercise their minds for the better of the establishment and again, they will know that they really have a purpose at the establishment , because most of them think that they are of no value to the establishments they work in and giving them the platform to air the opinions they will devote themselves to the establishment.
