Job Stress in the Organization

Job Stress in organization can be caused by 4 stressors:
1) Extra-Organizational Stressors
2) Organizational Stressors ( Tight Control, Lack of participation in Decisions, Only Downword Communication, Conflicts, No Opportunity for Advancement, Bureaucratic rules etc. )
3) Group Stressors (Lack of Social Support)
4) Individual Stressors ( The role of disposition )
What is the effect of stress? High Blood pressure, cardiovascular system problem, anger, depression, tension.
One Study found that stress had the strongest impact on A g g r e s i v e a c t i o n.
