Language Barrier...Really?
Krishna, Member, Director, India

In multi linguistic countries like India or US, cross cultural, multilingual people happen to come together at workplace in order to achieve organizational and personal objectives. However, in common meetings, situation arises to use English as a universally accepted language for communication.... and not are fully conversant at it (am I?) Can we do away with it and choose to set Outlook settings to a local language (if available) or will it really help? Is it really needed? I am not too sure.
