Concentric Leadership is an empowerment leadership intervention focusing on IMPACT.
The impact of one's leadership style, engagement and outcome is the fuel to effectiveness and ultimate success. Impact on others, in terms of the extent to which they motivate and drive the people around them to behave in constructive versus defensive ways; and leadership approaches, in terms of the frequency with which they carry out their responsibilities in facilitating versus inhibiting ways.

Being CONCENTRIC is an awareness of the impact on goals, people, processes and more. With each ring of interaction from the leader outward, there is an important dynamic exchange taking place to enhance the outcomes of the organization, whether consciously or unconsciously.

Critical to the success of this congruent approach to leadership is the awareness of each interaction of the leader and all members of the organization. The aim to embrace any form of synchronicity is awareness and communications. Concentric Leadership is the platform of awareness and effective communications in a synchronism environment.
