A Practical Guide to Help You Become the Best CEO you Can Be.

Take a look at my book "It's Lonely at the Top" written for CEO of small and mid-size businesses. It is a one-on-one coaching session to help you improve your leadership traits.
In these pages we "talk" about you; the job that you chose as the owner of a business, and how you can become better at it.
You chose to hold this position and thus you owe it to yourself, your family, your employees and all stakeholders of the business to become the best you can be at it.
Are you in business to have the lifestyle that you always wanted? Or is it because you have a vision and want to reach that pinnacle? Whatever your reasons you have a huge responsibility because it isn't just you; lots of people depend on you being successful.
Aside from your family, your employees, your suppliers and other stakeholders in the business have at least a part of their life tied to you and your business. It is indispensable then that you do your best in your job and become the best owner/CEO that you can be.
First, you must understand that you not only must assume responsibility for your actions, but also for the action of others, as you are ultimately responsible for everything that happens in your company. The buck stops at your desk.
You are an important member of a select group; a group that is key to the future of America. If your business survived five, ten or fifteen years you can unquestionably consider yourself successful, and if your business is beyond that, then you can breath easier because it gets easier after that, right? If you believe that you can be ready for a huge surprise, because when you are in business, challenges never end, and if it seems easier for you is because you have the experience of having gone through tough times and defeating those challenges.
Nevertheless I'm sure there are things that keep you awake at night ... and it isn't the new baby.
This book will give you guidelines and suggestions to become the leader you want and need to be. It is written for you in a simple form resembling a one-on-one coaching session; that was my intent and I hope I succeeded in it.
