importance of trust, professionalism, observation and credibility during hiring process in totality

recruitment is just a preliminary stage of hiring. an organization should maintain throughout professionalism from recruitment to induction and final job allotment of the new employee because employees also study the organization and develop an impression and image of the company. the stages of recruitment process are delicate for both recruiter and new employee. sometimes taken- for -granted or casual behavior of recruiters or employers urge newly recruited to quit as soon as training period gets over. induction and training should be given utmost importance and an organization should show its credibility towards employee and also its vision and mission. most important part of hiring is paper works because sometimes if the paper works are not proper employee can get question mark on the credibility of the organization. some employers are in illusion that they are the only ones with the right of observing employees and make comment on them in reality even employees observe the behavior and environment of the organization. projecting high quality management to employees is very important because then only they will trust the organization
