One thing i'd like looking into every business overall rating as a performer is its sales and marketing strategies and the genius of creating one. Without defining rightly your company's competitive advantage gets you nowhere in getting down the results in higher sales figures. From costing, to differentiation, to focus...... all should mark well its distinct advantage over others in the market either your direct competitor, mirror, patrons, etc. In this way, not only one defines it's unique edge in any areas of doing business, if not all the aspects of management's best scenarios be held closer at hand in decision making.... in producing and selling ...... Every rare finds of think tanks in a company just know..... what and why it can do, create, deliver.....their kind of business..... which others just can't.
