Individual Constructive Consulting & Coaching for CEO in SME for sustainable value

During more than 30 years working in international business, education and charity foundations it is my firm belief that leaders should have an attitude, that rules are for fools. Therefor you need "smart fools" to change the rules.
Sustainable succes is based on alternative solutions, whereby rules are at best potentialley useful tools to guide staff. The value of any company or organisation is based on three pillars: Staff, Equipment and Money. The two latter will diminish in value over the years. Therefor the job of a good leader is make his/her Staff better. That will lead to a sustainable increase of value. In the end this value is measured by the long term value of the shares. However this value is created through a careful attention for all relevant stakeholders. The measurement and management of the indicators that determine the positive attude towards a company or an organisation require an open mind. Fun, passion, sense of humor, respect for the talents and pesonality of each individual, and a good facus on the "Constructive How" are key factors of succes.
Therefor rules are for fools. And therefor you need "smart fools" to create sustainable value.
