Leadership Requirement #1: Integrity
Ayole Olufemi, Accountant, Nigeria

The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity.

A life lived with integrity -even if it lacks the trappings of fame and fortune is a shinning stars in whose light others may follow in the years to come.
The truth is, there is no right ways of doing the wrong things, what is wrong is wrong.
It does not necessarily take a million people, to establish integrity in leadership.
As a leader, your singular efforts can make all the difference.
The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity, without it no real success is possible.
A good leader should take away personal egos and share the joy and rewards of success among his subordinates. He should lead when the goings is tough and demanding and allow others to lead and give suggestions during a relax or less critical periods.
He should be willing to leave when ovation was at the loudest and learn from the mistakes of others.
Good leadership is not when you lead as if you have conquered others but when you see yourself as a master servant that are being called to serve his subjects.
