In japan,we don't speak grammatical subject and reason in many cases.

The Japanese doesn't often say the subject. The fact or the idea is not often said. It is a person who talks as for having.. the ideal. Person who talks about idea of realistic choices. And, the person who talks about the fact. Real intention "HONNE" and polite fiction "TATEMAE" are used properly yet. It is an indeed mysterious language culture. Therefore, it is difficult for the foreigner to understand the conversation of the Japanese. I am also the same. I am thinking about "What is the best IDEAL communication management culture In Japan, the Japanese cultural background have a variety of conflict and confusion. Can you have no-mistake management? There are many human errors in the earth. What is the management system? How to the best practice of management? What is ideal management of communication?
