Execute well and you are victorIt is very easy to changing anything in this world if one has unshaken courage and focused dedication. But, of course with these, one needs the most crucial and important - right and updated tools. I met a very interesting personality recently, he said,' you make yourself strong enough in one area and, I bet, you get success everywhere no matter what area you choose to'. For example, if one develops its core competence in, let’s say, leadership, then no matter which industry he/she is; will always be successful. An impactful and visionary leader skillfully plays with the minds of its employees. And not only this, it lets them see what it sees through its eyes. What a leader like this does, when competition is intense and upside down change happening in industry. He does not do magic but does four things-- 1- Understands deeply its most valuable assets i. e. employees 2- Marries old and new technologies and understands them well 3- Understands its customers well and their needs/ desires. Now comes the most crucial and important step. If executed well, it is winning leader, in case failed, God is to help only. 4- It effectively and skillfully integrates all three above. The leader who succeeds in doing so will emerge victor or has to face deep privation |
