Loyalty for the Organisation not Useful Anymore?
Bana Kheirbeck ![]() |
Loyalty for the organisation is not always good.Dears, loyalty is tradtionally very important due to the fact that the employee has a permanent salary therefore why should he leave the organization. I think that this is not a loyalty, rather it is financial needs. I think in this century, loyalty for the organisation is not a useful issue for the following reasons : * Firstly, one should change to other organizations in order to meet other experiences in different organisations and also to share his experience with others. * Secondly, staying in the same organisation till the retirement age will make one's life monotonous and routine life doesn't motivate creation. I think organisations should overcome this obstacle by creating a good system of job rotation (employee can serve in different department in the organisation with different jobs : for example, an employee can work for finance department in payrolls , invoices and budgeting, after a period he can move to the procurement department , then to human resources department, etc.) In this way I think he could be more efficient and effective for the organisation. |
