Is there any model describing relationship between ESI and CSI specially in after-sales?

Reseaches show that there is a corellation between Employee Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction. When it comes to aftersales the story becomes more serious where human factor is one of the most important criteria which plays a major role in terms of CSI. A deep look into existing articles shows that so far some certain models have been developed to come up with a relationship pattern as of above mentioned parameters. Do you have any model in this respct which shows the most influencial factors of ESI in CSI?
