企业价值报告架构（ValueReporting Framework™）是由普华永道（PWC）开发的一项衡量与管理企业绩效，并对企业绩效进行结构化沟通交流的一种方法。 当企业必须向投资者以及其他的利益相关者同时汇报企业绩效的时候，传统的企业报告模型已经越来越不能满足这种需要。 企业价值报告架构是普华永道在绩效管理和企业汇报领域做出的一项创新性发明， 它能够提供更多更详细的信息，以满足投资者的需要。
 

公众对于企业绩效汇报信息的不信任早已动摇了传统企业绩效汇报模型的基础， 投资者与其他利益相关者也愈加呼吁企业提高透明度。

企业价值报告是对传统财务报告的一种有效补充， 它为企业绩效提供了一个详尽、透明的画面， 在市场机会、战略、风险、无形资产以及重要的非财务价值动因等各个方面均有体现。
 

基于普华永道在资本市场上所进行的研究，企业价值报告为企业内部和外部同时提供了范围广阔的财务和非财务信息， 如市场概览、价值战略、价值及价值平台管理，等等。 每一类别有被细分为更为具体和透明的汇报信息。 例如，在价值平台这一类别下就包括企业创造价值的所有活动及其相互关系。 以及产品、顾客、人员、创新、供应链以及企业声誉的无形的、非财务的衡量手段。

企业价值报告架构的类别

1. 市场概览（Market Overview）。 对企业所面对的动态市场进行描述，包括竞争环境、法规环境以及宏观经济环境等。

2. 战略（Strategy）。 包括企业战略、目标、目的、组织设计以及治理结构等。

3. 价值创造活动（Value Creating Activities）。 对支撑企业绩效的各类活动及其相互关系进行描述，亦包括与顾客、员工、创新、品牌、供应链以及环境、社会和伦理问题相关联的各非财务领域的活动。

4. 财务绩效（Financial Performance）。 展示管理者对财务绩效的监督， 并与企业战略相连， 这一部分必须详细地提供如下信息：

   • 业务分割；
   • 风险与回报的关系；
   • 现金获取能力；
   • 企业内部衡量绩效的方法与对外汇报的绩效结果相和谐；等等。
