Que é gerência da rotação? Descrição.

A gerência da rotação envolve a formulação e a execução de uma planta estratégica e de um jogo das ações para a renovação corporativo e restructuring, tipicamente durante épocas da aflição financeira corporativo severa. Frequentemente com a ajuda dos consultantes exteriores da rotação ou dos consultantes da estratégia, Root Cause Analysis é feito e uma planta da rotação é planejada e executada, supondo que a empresa oferece ainda o potencial retornar ao solvency financeiro, à lucratividade e ao viability estratégico.

Causas da raiz da aflição estratégica

Há justo um número limitado de causas da raiz para a aflição estratégica corporativo:

1. “Atos de deus” - determinados riscos podem ocorrer e causar os danos irreparable (apesar da antecipação apropriada e da preparação completa).

2. Visão/compreensão pobres do mercado

3. Estratégia pobre

4. Business model/execução pobres

Causas mais imediatas da aflição estratégica

Tipicamente, quando estas causas da raiz não são tratadas do corretamente, causarão uma escala dos problemas, que podem então provocar uma crise corporativo:

• Falta da perícia, da experiência ou da instrução, gerência fraca

• Circunstâncias do mercado, economia fraca

• Razões econômicas do negócio, crise do salário

• Bancarrota de prender a companhia

• Argumentos nivelados da placa

• Fraud, controles financeiros insuficientes

• Projeções excedente optimistic das vendas

• Problemas do financiamento, crise da liquidez, burden de débito excessivo, undercapitalization

• O custo operando-se nivela demasiado altamente

• Concorrente muito forte, bem sucedido

• Overinvestment

• Recursos insuficientes, underinvestment

Estes disparadores são relacionados frequentemente, e diversas causas são involvidas. Slywotzky e Drzik categorizaram estes disparadores em 7 classes do risco estratégico.

Etapas em um processo da rotação

A primeira etapa em um processo da rotação é frequentemente mudar a gerência ou a liderança superior do negócio e apontar uma gerente experiente da rotação. A Liderança frequentemente forte, comandante ou mesmo Charismatic Leadership são exercidos. O processo da rotação consiste tipicamente fora das seguintes etapas chaves (no pedido cronológico aproximado):

1. Avalie o viability do negócio da situação e do futuro

2. Execute etapas da emergência (“pare o sangramento”)

3. Desenvolva a planta estratégica da sobrevivência

4. Execute a planta, restructuring o negócio. Sobrevive a crise

5. Retorne às operações normais, à lucratividade e ao crescimento

6. Prepare para a partida da gerência da rotação
