선회 관리는 무엇인가? 기술.

선회 관리는 가혹한 법인 재정적인 고민의 시간 동안에 법인 재생 및 구조조정을 위한 활동의 전략 계획 그리고 세트의 정립 그리고 실시를, 전형적으로 포함한다. 수시로 외부 선회 고문 또는 전략 고문 덕분에, Root Cause Analysis [근원분석]는 하고 상사가 아직도 재정적인 지급 능력, 수익성 및 전략 생존 능력에 돌려보내는 잠재력을 제안한ㄴ다고 추정하는 선회 계획은 고안되고 수행된다.

전략 고민의 기인

법인 전략 고민을 위한 기인의 다만 한정된 수가 있다:

1. "불가항력" - 특정 위험은 생기고 회복불능의 피해를 초래할지도 모른다 (적당한 기대 및 철저한 준비에도 불구하고).

2. 시장의 빈약한 시각/이해

3. 빈약한 전략

4. 빈약한 사업 모델/실행

전략 고민의 직접적인 요인

이 기인이 제대로를 취급되지 않을 경우 전형적으로, 그 때 법인 위기를 방아쇠를 당길 수 있는 문제의 범위를 일으키는 원인이 될 것이다:

• 전문 기술, 경험 또는 교육 의 약한 관리의 부족

• 시장 상황, 허약 경제

• 사업 경제적인 이유, 가득액 위기

• 지주 회사의 파산

• 위원회 레벨 논쟁

• 사기, 부족한 재정적인 통제

• 전면으로 낙관적인 판매 투상

• 회계 문제, 유동성 위기, 과도한 빚 짐, undercapitalization

• 경영비는 너무 높이 수평하게 한다

• 아주 강한, 성공하는 경쟁자

• Overinvestment

• 부족한 자원, underinvestment

수시로 이 방아쇠는 서로 관계를 가지고, 몇몇 원인은 연루된다. Slywotzky와 Drzik는 전략적 위험의 7개의 종류에 있는 이 방아쇠를 분류했다.

선회 프로세스에 있는 단계

선회 과정에 있는 첫걸음은 수시로 사업의 최고 경영 관리 조직 또는 지도력을 바꾸고 경험있는 선회 매니저를 임명하기 위한 것이다. 수시로 강한, 지휘하는 리더십 또는 Charismatic Leadership [카리스마 리더십]는 발휘된다. 선회 과정은 뒤에 오는 중요한 단계에서 전형적으로 이루어져 있다 (대략 연대순에서):

1. 상황과 미래 사업 생존 능력을 사정하십시오

2. emergency 단계를 실행하십시오 ("출혈"를 멈추십시오)

3. 전략 생존 계획을 개발하십시오

4. 사업을 개조하는 계획을 실행하십시오. 위기를 살아나십시오

5. 정상 작동, 수익성 및 성장에 돌려보내십시오

6. 선회 관리의 출발을 위해 준비하십시오
