Strategic Risk Managementは何であるか。 記述

MercerのAdrian j. SlywotzkyおよびジョンDrzikが専門用語Strategic Risk Management (SRM)を想像しなかったが、それらは2005年4月のHarvard Business Reviewの記事のそれの優秀な記述のための信用に値する。 SRMは会社の成長の弾道および株主の価値を荒廃できる外部事象の戦略的リスク、配列および傾向を管理するための組織的アプローチを案出し、配置することに使用することができる技術である。

Strategic Risk Managementの起源。 歴史

私達が言葉「Strategic Risk Managementの」見つけることができる最初の概念は「A framework for integrated risk management in international business」とと称されるペーパーに下記によってある: Miller、ケントd.、Journal of International Business Studies、00472506 1992年、Vol. 23の問題2。

Millerは5つを「戦略的な環境不確実性への一般的なの」応答記述し、回避、制御、協同、模造および柔軟性である:

1. 不確実性の回避は経営が危険を受け入れられないある特定のプロダクトか地理的な市場の作動と関連付けられたと考慮すると起こる。 非常に不確かな市場の既に会社の能動態のために、不確実性の回避は市場に役立つことに努力している専門にされた資産を取り上げることによって、出ることを含む。 まだ市場に加わらない会社のために不確実性の回避は企業の不確実性が許容レベルに減るまで市場の記入項目の延期を意味する。

   • 製造者またはバイヤーとの長期的な契約上の同意、
   • 競争の自発的な制限、
   • 同盟か共同請負、
   • フランチャイズ契約、
   • 技術の特許権実施契約、
   • 借款団の参加。
4. 会社は対立組織の方針の模造に不確実性に対処するために依頼するかもしれない。 この行動は企業の競争相手間の調整で起因できる。 しかしこの調整の基礎はそれから明らかに制御または協同の作戦の下で明瞭である。 この場合、直接制御か協同組合のメカニズムは使用されない。 むしろ、主力産業は応答がただ自身の戦略的な移動の遅らされた模造であるので競争相手の応答を予測できる。 模造作戦(「続リーダー行動」)は値を付け、主力産業のそれらに続くプロダクト作戦含む。
   プロダクトの模造および加工技術はある企業[マンズフィールド、Schwartz及びWagner 1981年]の実行可能な低コスト戦略であるかもしれない。 しかし競争の会社の根本的な技術についての不確実性はそのような作戦を排除するかもしれない[Lippman及びRumelt 1982年]。
5. 環境不確実性への戦略的な応答の第5一般的な部門は組織の柔軟性を高める経営移動を含む。 重要な環境の偶発事の予測可能性を高めるように試みる制御および協同の作戦とは違って柔軟性の応答は内部敏感さを高める。 外的な要因の予測可能性は不変に残っている。 作戦の文献の柔軟性の最も広く引用された例はプロダクトまたは地理的な市場の多様化である。 Diversificationは完全に関連させるよりより少しである利回りの様々な製品種目や地理的な市場の介入によって会社の危険を減らす。

Strategic Risk Managementプロセスのステップ

1. 危険(厳格、確率、タイミング、そのうちに可能性)を識別し、査定しなさい。
2. 危険の地図を描きなさい(戦略的リスクの地図を創造しなさい)。
3. 危険の量を示しなさい(共通の測定の通貨-危険の危険、市価のすなわち経済的な資本で)。
4. (会社が機会に危険を回したら)危険の潜在的で肯定的な結果を識別しなさい。
5. 危険の軽減の活動計画を開発しなさい(危険のチームによって)。
6. 重要な決定を調節しなさい(重要な割振りおよび資本構成)。

Strategic Risk Managementの強さ。 利点

• 主要な危険のための準備はその危険および作りの感覚の軽減を会社の安定性を保護する可能にする。
• 「古い」方法で危険を単に管理するあなたの競争相手より危険のためによりよく準備すれば、競合上の優位性のもとを有する。
• 未来についての組織的に考え、機会を識別するための用具。
• 成長の機会に戦略的な脅威を回すことができる。 違反に防衛から移ること。
• おそらくSRMの利点は他のそれらを、管理の危険のより少なく戦略的な形態上回る。
• 支払い不能の危険または収入の非持久性の回避。

Strategic Risk Managementの限定。 不利な点
