Измерение. Во второй стадии проекта 6 Сигма, группа собирает данные и готовит их для крупномасштабного анализа.
Анализ. Как только процесс составлен и задокументирован, и качество поддерживающих данных проверено, группа 6 Сигма может начать анализ. Члены группы обычно начинают с определения областей, в которых люди не действовуют так, как нужно, или с определения моментов, в которых сотрудникам не удается обеспечить эффективный контроль на каждом этапе.
Улучшение. Рекомендации, решения и внедрение улучшения.
Контроль. На заключительном этапе проекта 6 Сигма, группа создает средства контроля. Это позволяет компании поддержать и расширить масштаб преобразований.
