Что такое Six Sigma (6 Сигма)? Описание

Six Sigma (6 Сигма) - методология управления качеством, которая предоставляет компаниям инструменты для улучшения возможностей их бизнес-процессов. Это повышение эффективности и уменьшение в отклонениях процессов ведут к уменьшению дефектов и повышению прибылей, морального состояния сотрудников и качества продукта. Это измерение качества и программа улучшения, которая была впервые представлена Mikel Harry и Motorola. Она ориентированна на контроль процесса в пределах 6 сигма (стандартных отклонений) от оси, или уровне 3.4 дефектов на миллион единиц продукции. Оно предполагает определение факторов, которые важны для качества в восприятии клиента. Она способствует снижению отклонений в процессах и улучшению возможностей, увеличивает стабильность и способствует созданию дизайна систем для поддержки целей 6 сигма.



Six Sigma (6 Сигма) 6 ΣМодель Six Sigma (6 Сигма) - высоко дисциплинированный подход, который  может помочь компаниям сконцентрироваться на развитии и поставке бездефектных продуктов и услуг. Он основан на статистической работе Joseph Juran, американского ученого румынского происхождения в области управления качеством. Слово «сигма» является греческим символом, используемым для статистического измерения того, насколько данный процесс отклоняется от идеала (стандартное отклонение). Чем выше значение сигмы, тем ближе вы к идеалу. Одна сигма не очень хорошо; 6 сигма определяется как всего 3.4 дефекта на миллион. Основная идея Six Sigma (6 Сигма) состоит в том, что если вы можете измерить, сколько дефектов в процессе, вы может систематически вычислить то, как можно их исключить. Таким образом, вы можете достичь «бездефектности».

Японское происхождение Six Sigma (6 Сигма) связано с системой «поясов». Если вы новичок в области  Six Sigma (6 Сигма) и вы посещаете основной тренинг, то вы получаете зеленый пояс. Любой, кто возглавляет группу Six Sigma (6 Сигма) называется черным поясом. Наконец, есть специальная элитная группа, называющаяся мастерами черного пояса, которые контролируют черные поясы.


5 стадий в 6 Сигма. Процесс

Как правило, процесс 6 Сигма предполагает 5 этапов:

  1. Определение. Первым шагом в любом проекте 6 Сигма является уточнение проблемы и сужение ее масштаба таким образом, что измеряемые целевые показатели можно достигнуть в пределах нескольких месяцев. После этого собирается группа для того, чтобы рассмотреть процесс в деталях, предложить улучшения и внедрить эти рекомендации. В сфере производства менеджеры проекта обычно начинают с определения того, что представляет дефект и после этого устанавливают совокупность задач для снижения возможности их возникновения.
  2. Измерение. Во второй стадии проекта 6 Сигма, группа собирает данные и готовит их для крупномасштабного анализа.
  3. Анализ. Как только процесс составлен и задокументирован, и качество поддерживающих  данных проверено, группа 6 Сигма может начать анализ. Члены группы обычно начинают с  определения областей, в которых люди не действовуют так, как нужно, или с определения моментов, в которых сотрудникам не удается обеспечить эффективный контроль на каждом этапе.
  4. Улучшение. Рекомендации, решения и внедрение улучшения.
  5. Контроль. На заключительном этапе проекта 6 Сигма, группа создает средства контроля. Это позволяет компании поддержать и расширить масштаб преобразований.
