Que é Six Sigma? Descrição
Six Sigma é uma metodologia da gerência da qualidade que forneça negócios com as ferramentas para melhorar a potencialidade de seus processos do negócio. Este aumento no performance e a diminuição na variação process conduzem à redução e à melhoria do defeito nos lucros, no morale de empregado e na qualidade do produto. É uma medida da qualidade e um programa de melhoria que seja aberto caminho por Mikel Harry e por Motorola. Focaliza no controle de um processo até o ponto do sigma seis (desvios padrão) de uma linha central, ou em 3.4 defeitos por milhão itens. Inclui identificar os fatores que são críticos para a qualidade como determinados pelo cliente. Reduz a variação process e as potencialidades da melhoria, aumentam a estabilidade e os sistemas de projetos para suportar o objetivo do sigma seis.

O modelo de Six Sigma é um abordagem altamente disciplinado que possa ajudar a companhias focalizar em desenvolver e em entregar produtos near-perfect e serviços. É baseado no trabalho estatístico de Joseph Juran, um pioneiro Rumanian-carregado dos E.U. da gerência da qualidade. A palavra “Sigma” é um sinal grego usado para um termo estatístico essas medidas como distante um processo dado deviates da perfeição (desvio de padrões). Se o número do sigma for mais elevado, você é mais perto da perfeição. Um sigma não é muito bom; o sigma seis é definido como somente 3.4 defeitos por milhão. A idéia central atrás de Six Sigma é que se você puder medir quanto “defects” o tenha em um processo, você pode sistematicamente figurar para fora como você pode os eliminar. Assim você pode quase vir “zero defects”.
A origem japonesa de Six Sigma pode ainda ser vista pelo sistema das “correias” que usa. Se você for novo a Six Sigma e você for em um treinamento básico, você começa uma correia verde. Qualquer um que tem a responsabilidade para conduzir a uma equipe de Six Sigma é chame uma correia preta. Finalmente há um grupo especial do elite chame as correias de Mestre Preto que supervisionam as correias pretas.
Cinco etapas em Six Sigma. Processo
Tipicamente, um processo de Six Sigma tem os seguintes cinco estágios:
- Definição. A primeira etapa em todo o projeto de Six Sigma é esclarecer o problema e estreitar seu espaço de tal maneira que os objetivos measurable podem ser conseguidos dentro de alguns meses. Uma equipe é montada então para examinar em detalhe o processo, para sugerir melhorias, e para executar aquelas recomendações. No mundo da manufatura, as gerente de projeto e seus patrocinadores começam tipicamente definindo o que constitui um defeito e estabelecem então um jogo dos objetivos projetados reduzir a ocorrência de tais defeitos.
- Medida. Na segunda etapa de um projeto de Six Sigma, a equipe recolhe dados e prepara-os para a análise high-level.
- Análise. Uma vez que um processo estêve traçado e documentado, e a qualidade dos dados de suporte duros estêve verificada, a equipe de Six Sigma pode começar a análise. Os membros da equipe começam geralmente identificando as maneiras em que os povos não agem como necessitados, ou identificando as maneiras em que os povos não asseguram o controle eficaz em cada estágio.
- Melhoria. Recomende, decida e execute melhorias.
- Controle. No estágio final de um projeto de Six Sigma, a equipe cria controles. Estes são permitir a companhia para sustentar e estender as melhorias.
