Résumé

Cinquième discipline - Senge Pour Peter Senge (1990), le changement est un travail d'équipe et l'apprentissage est un changement. Ainsi, il est possible que les organisations apprennent le changement parce que "au fond, nous sômmes tous des étudiants". Dans son livre « la Cinquième Discipline », Senge veut détruire l'illusion que le monde est créé hors de forces séparées et indépendantes. Quand nous abandonnons cette illusion, nous pouvons alors construire des « organisations apprenantes, organisations où les personnes augmentent continuellement leur capacité à créer les résultats qu'ils désirent vraiment, où de nouveaux modèles d'extension de la pensée sont consolidés, où l'aspiration collective est ajustée librement, et où les personnes apprennent continuellement comment apprendre ensemble. Les dirigeants doivent apprendre à identifier les sept « incapacités à apprendre » et à employer "les Cinq Disciplines" comme antidote.


Cinq Disciplines de Senge

Les cinq composants dans le modèle de Senge sont :

  1. Pensée Systèmes. La discipline intégratrice (la cinquième) qui fixe les 4 autres dans un corps logique de théorie et de pratique.

  2. Maîtrise personnelle. Le personnes doivent considérer leur vie et leur travail tel qu'un artiste les considérerait càd comme une oeuvre d'art.

  3. Modèles Mentaux. Des suppositions profondément enracinées ou des images mentales qui influencent comment nous comprenons le monde et comment nous agissons.

  4. Construire une vision partagée. S'il y a une vision véritable, les personnes excellent et apprennent, non pas parce qu'elles doivent, mais parce qu'elles le veulent.

  5. Apprentissage d'équipe. Les membres de l'équipe participent au dialogue vrai. Ils suspendent leurs suppositions.

Toutes ces 5 disciplines doivent être utilisées à une recherche interminable pour augmenter la capacité de l'organisation à créer son futur. Les Organisations Apprenantes sont ces organisations qui peuvent dépasser l'apprentissage de survie, pour réaliser l'apprentissage génératif : une forme d'apprentissage qui augmente leur capacité à créer.
