PMBOKは何であるか。 記述

Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) (®)は知識、技術、用具および技術の適用をその国際的に確認された基準(ieee、ansi)取扱うプロジェクトの条件を満たすためにである。 PMBOKガイドはプロジェクト管理の専門職のプロジェクトのライフサイクル、5つのプロセスグループおよび9つの知識区域を定義する。

プロジェクトチームは下記に要約されるようにいくつかの基本プロセスによって9つの知識区域で作動する:

1. 統合。 プロジェクトのチャーター、規模の声明および計画を開発しなさい。 プロジェクトの変更を指示し、経営し、監視し、そして制御しなさい。
2. 規模。 計画、定義、作業明細構造(WBS)作成、証明および制御。
3. 時間。 定義、資源配列および持続期間の推定、スケジュールの開発およびスケジュール制御。
4. 費用。 推定する資源計画、費用割り当ておよび制御。
5. 質。 質の計画、品質保証および品質管理。
6. 人事管理。 時間の計画、雇用、成長および管理のプロジェクトチーム。
7. コミュニケーション。 、情報配分計画する、コミュニケーション報告するパフォーマンス管理のstakeholders。
8. 危険。 危険の計画および同一証明、危険分析(質的で、量的な)、危険の応答(行為)の計画および危険のモニタリング及び制御。
9. 調達。 獲得および引き締まる計画、販売人の応答および選択、契約の管理および契約の閉鎖。

各プロセスのために、入力の活動、か練習、記述、用具および技術および出力(deliverables)はなされる。
 

PMBOKの起源。 歴史

Project Management Institute (PMI)は1969年に、最初に企業を渡るプロジェクトの共通管理の練習を識別するために創設された。

• PMBOKの初版は1987年に出版された。 それはPMIによって早い80sで始められた研修会の結果だった。 平行で倫理規定は開発された。 そしてトレーニングセンターの資格認定および個人の証明のための指針。
• 後で、PMBOKの第2版はメンバーから届いたコメントに基づいて(1996年および2000年)、出版された。 PMBOKは基準として1998年に米国規格協会(ansi)と後で電気および電子工学の技術者(ieee)の協会によって確認された。

3. 実行。 主要な要素:
   • 資源、チーム開発を調整しなさい

   • 下請け業者を選び、近づきなさい
   • 情報を配りなさい
   • 計画を働かせなさい
4. 監視および制御。 主要な要素:
   • チーム、stakeholders、下請け業者を経営しなさい
   • 測定の進歩および監視のパフォーマンス(オーバーオール、規模、スケジュール、費用、質)

プロジェクトマネージャーはプロジェクトの目的をプロジェクトの規模、時間の、要されたおよび要求された質の抑制の内で、定義された最終製品を渡すために担当する。
 

PMBOKの強さ。 利点
