Andrew Pettigrew和Richard Whipp在《成功管理变革》(Managing Change for Competitive Success)一书中,指出了战略变革的三个尺度。


战略变革的三个尺度是什么? 释义

Pettigrew和Whipp强调这三个尺度之间存在着相互持续影响作用的关系。 变革的实施是一个“反复、累积和重造的过程”。 变革的最终成功归结于变革内容(即变革的宗旨、目的和目标)、 变革流程(即变革的流程)、 以及变革环境(组织内外部环境)相互作用的结果。

  1. 环境评估。 通过开放的学习系统,对组织内外部环境(外部如竞争环境)进行持续监督。
  2. 以人为本。 组织要视员工为无价之宝,员工要能感觉到组织充分相信他们。
  3. 战略变革与运营变革紧密相连。 战略意图随着项目进行、时间变迁一步步得到实现。 通过实现运营变革,最终将导致新的战略变革。
  4. 变革领导。 带领组织前进, 产生变革氛围, 协调各项活动。 有效操控变革。 制定变革议程,明确变革方向、愿景与价值。
  5. 整体一致。 一项成功的变革战略应该是目标清晰一致的、与环境相融的、能够为组织提供竞争性优势,并具有现实可行性。
