وصفت الثمانية خصائص لامتياز الادارة من توم بترس وبوب وترمن في كتابهم عن الادارة عن البحث عن الفضيلة و كان نظرية و بحث الكتاب مبنيا على   نموذج مكينسي 7-اس.
 

الثمانية خصائص لامتياز الادارة

1. إنحراف لعمل.
2. مقارب الى العميل.
3. الاستقلالية وروح الإقدام.
4. الإنتاجية من خلال الناس.
5. التطبيق ، وبدافع القيمة.
6. الالتزام باحباك.
7. شكل بسيطة ، طاقم عمل ضعيف
8. متزامنة تراخى-احكام خاصية.
