성과관리 (Performance Management)

성과관리는 사업을 수행하는 방법에 관한 전략적 접근방식이다. 성과관리는 기업의 사업성과를 모니터링하고 관리하는 방법론, 방법, 프로세스, 시스템 및 소프트웨어 등을 설명한다. 사업성과관리(Business Performance Management), 전략적 성과관리(Strategic Performance Management), 기업 성능 관리(Enterprise/Corporate Performance Management) 등 비슷한 용어들이 있다. 이 주제를 직원 성과 관리와 혼동하지 마십시오.
