Adizes的PAEI管理角色模型是指在一个成功管理团队中的四个关键角色：
- 业绩创造者（Producer）
- 行政管理者（Administrator）
- 企业家（Entrepreneur）
- 整合者（Integrator）
PAEI即为上述四个角色英文首字母缩写，PAEI模型评估与强调了在一个成功团队中上述四个角色的作用与贡献。 PAEI的潜在思想是没有哪一个管理人员能够单独应对企业的所有挑战。 面对今日日益复杂的世界和生存环境，任何一个企业都必须组织管理团队来应付之。 PAEI模型并非要求所有的管理团队都要一一设置上述四个角色， 在现实当中，管理团队可能超过或少于这四个角色。
每一个角色的重要程度也是相对性与绝对性的统一，取决于组织环境因素，如
