アウトソーシングは何であるか。 定義

Outsourcingはビジネス過程がもう一人の会社に移るか戦略的なマネージメントモデルである。 概念は次のとおりである: 第三者のサービス・プロバイダが1つ以上の業務機能の経営や日常実行を行うようにしなさい。 この第三者のサービス・プロバイダはInsourcingそれらの同じプロセスである。 Outsourcingは別の方法で社内にされるかもしれない必要な業務機能を提供するのに会社が社外を使用すると起こる。
