什么是心智图法？ 释义

心智图法（Mind Mapping）是一项流行的全脑式学习方法，它能够将各种点子、想法以及它们之间的关联性以图像视觉的景象呈现。 它能够将一些核心概念、事物与另一些概念、事物形象地概念组织起来，输入我们脑内的记忆树图。 它允许我们对复杂的概念、信息、数据进行组织加工，以更形象、易懂的形式展现在我们面前。

心智图法总是从一些中心概念、问题入手。 非常典型的是一些与中心概念线形连接关键字、短语或图像。

我们中的大多数人都是视觉导向的， 通过运用结构、关键字、颜色、图像、超链接（以及声音），将外部概念引入我们的思维和生活。简而言之，心智图法就是将中心概念与关联概念连接起来的一种方法。 不同于我们在学校里所学到的直线性思考方法，心智图法通过训练运用全脑思考，来刺激我们的想象力和创造力。 因此，它被认为是全面调动分析能力和创造能力的一种思考方法。

心智图法起源 历史

射线图（Radial Drawings）被用于分析研究问题已经有很长的历史， 最早的一个例子可能是公元3世纪柏拉图学派的思想家Poephyry用它来表述亚里斯多德的逻辑类别。 英国著名的心理学家、英国头脑基金会总裁、心智图法的发明人Tony Buzan，一直致力于寻找一种可视化的、快速的阐释思想观点的方法，来支持学习和记忆活动。 20世纪60年代，他的努力使得这一现代版的心智图法开始流行起来。

心智图法的运用 应用

各学术著作介绍的心智图法的功能主要包括以下一些方面：

1. 形象化人们的信息交换活动（如工作组、项目会议、头脑风暴会以及战略研讨会）。
2. 对收集起来的信息进行组织、重组以及过滤。
3. 分析信息，实现信息结构化，并辨识出信息所包含的关键要点之间的联系。
4. 提高改进知识管理系统。 心智图可以被用作可视化工作界面，各种信息以及外部链接蕴藏其后。 最新的心智图法软件能够通过搜索引擎和内容刷新功能自动生产心智图。
5. 以最佳方式生成和展示信息。 心智图法能够自动在不同信息格式间进行转换，如： 网页、项目管理信息文件、微软的幻灯片（PPT）、Word文档以及Outlook任务文档等。
6. 更好地管理会议演讲、项目工程、提议讨论、调查研究、通讯联络等各种活动产生的信息， 纵贯项目活动的准备、执行和后续等各个阶段。

心智图法还可广泛用于一系列的活动，包括：

在会议交流或培训期间，我们可以手工绘制心智图，但是，这一过程现在已经可以通过软件来完成，越来越多的领域已通过专业的心智图法软件为相关活动提供支持。 心智图法软件的应用有以下几个层次之分：

• 个人用途 为了提高个人效能（如阐释个人的主意、规划，控制复杂信息，以及时间和项目管理）。
• 团队用途 提高团队的创造力和团队精神（Brainstorming[头脑风暴法]、员工会议、项目会议、知识管理）。
• 具体事件 在处理具体事件过程中，增强与利益相关者的沟通以及互动合作，使讨论、交流的信息可视化，并使得后续的信息发布、报告更为便利。
• 企业用途 创造开放、合作的企业文化，使工作流程标准化，并提供支持（项目管理、人力资源管理、销售与市场管理、研发管理）。

心智图法运用提示 流程

产生好的心智图的一些提示：

1. 将主要概念、想法放置于图的中心位置。 最好用图片来表示它。
2. 尽量使用大空间，以便稍后你有足够的空间添加其他内容。
3. 如果有帮助的话，可以使用不同的颜色和大写字母。 个性化你的心智图。
4. 在心智图上寻找、发现关系。
5. 为次级主体建立次级中心。
