ملخص

غالبا ، يتطلّب خلق للقيمة و تغير فعال . يستنتج جون كوتّر في كتابه قوى التغيير: كيف تختلف القيادة عن الإدارة (1990) ، حيث توجد ثمانية أسباب تشرح لماذا لا تنجح الكثير من عمليات التغير :


شرح لماذا لا تنجح الكثير من عمليات التغير - الثمانية أسباب

  • السماح للكثير من التعقيد.

  • فشل بناء إئتلاف جوهري.

  • غياب فهم الحاجة للرؤية الواضحة.

  • فشل التواّصل مع الرؤية بوضوح .

  • السماح لاعاقة الطرق ضدّ الرؤية.

  • لا يوجد تخطيّط للنتائج قصيرة المدى ولا يتم تحقّيقها.

  • ادعاء النصر مبكرا.

  • فشل ارساء التغيرات داخل ثقافات المنشاة.

نموذج اطوار التغير

لكى نمنع حدوث هذه الاخطاء ، فقد ابتدع كوتّرأطوار التغير التالية. التى تتألّف أيضا من ثمانية خطوات:

  1. أسّس حس الضروريات.

  2. ابتدع إئتلاف.

  3. طوّر رؤية واضحة.

  4. شارك بالرؤية.

  5. فوّض الناس بالعوائق واضحة.

  6. وفر الفوز قصير المدى.

  7. عزّز وحافظ على التحرّك.

  8. ارسى بالتغير.

وفقا لكوتّر ، فان اتباع أطوار التغير الثمانية في التسلسل المناسب اعلاه.
