KT矩阵决策分析 步骤
- 准备一份含有行动方案和行动结果的决策声明。
- 确认战略需求(必需)、行动目标(期望)及限制条件(局限)。
- 对各项目标配以权重,逐一排序。
- 产生选择方案。
- 在客观基础上,对各选择方案进行打分。
- 计算各选择方案的加权分值,找出分值最高的前两项或前三项。
- 识别这些高分值方案的负面影响,并对这些影响发生的可能性(高、中、低)及严重性(高、中、低)进行评估。
- 根据上述评估结果,从这几项高分选择方案中做出最终唯一选择。
