Resumo

Framework de Kaizen 5SKaizenQue é Kaizen? Definição

O método de Kaizen de melhorias incrementais contínuas é um conceito originalmente japonês da gerência para a mudança (incremental) gradual, contínua (melhoria).


Kaizen é realmente uma maneira da filosofia da vida. Supõe que cada aspecto de nossa vida merece ser melhorado constantemente. O Kaizen philosophy encontra-se atrás de muitos conceitos japoneses da gerência como: Controle de qualidade total, círculos do controle de qualidade, atividades pequenas do grupo, relações labor.


Os elementos chaves de Kaizen são: qualidade, esforço, participação de todos os empregados, voluntariedade mudar, e comunicação.


As companhias japonesas distinguem no meio: Inovação, um formulário radical da mudança, e Kaizen, um formulário contínuo da mudança. Kaizen significa literalmente: mude (kai) para tornar-se bom (zen).


Os cinco elementos da fundação de Kaizen

  1. Teamwork.
  2. Disciplina pessoal.
  3. Morale melhorado.
  4. Círculos de qualidade.
  5. Sugestões para a melhoria.

Fora desta fundação, três fatores chaves em Kaizen levantam-se

  • Elimination do desperdício (muda) e do inefficiency.
  • O framework do five-S de Kaizen para tarefas domésticas boas.
  •       1. Seiri - tidiness
  •       2. Seiton - orderliness
  •       3. Seiso - cleanliness
  •       4. Seiketsu - clean-up estandardizado
  •       5. Shitsuke - disciplina
  • Estandardização.

Quando deve o Kaizen philosophy ser aplicado? Embora seja difícil dê o conselho que genérico está desobstruído que cabe bem nas situações graduais, incrementais da mudança que requerem a mudança a longo prazo e em culturas coletivas. Umas culturas mais individuais que sejam focalizadas mais no sucesso a curto prazo são frequentemente mais conducive aos conceitos tais como o Business Process Reengineering.


Kaizen comparado ao Business Process Reengineering

Quando Kaizen é comparado com o método que do BPR está desobstruído que o Kaizen philosophy é mais humano-orientado, mais fácil de executar, mas reque a disciplina a longo prazo e fornece somente um ritmo pequeno da mudança. O abordagem do Business Process Reengineering na uma mão é mais duro, tecnologia-orientado, ele permite a mudança radical mas requer habilidades de gerência consideráveis da mudança.
